Okay, maybe that's a little over the top but this is a great barrio that has a distinctive feel. The area contains small older establishments and apartments, and European style buildings, contrasted with trendy boutiques, chic restaurants and modern high-rise condos. It's a mix of locals and tourists. It is a fun area and even locals will say that it is the "hot" area in the city.
